For experienced meditators
Clear Practice
You already meditate, maybe for years, and you're good at it. Clear Practice is an evening built for you. Keep what you value: focus, calm and depth. Leave everything else behind: no mantras, chanting, imagery, ritual or belief system. Just the technique and a clear mind.
A clean path for a practice you already have
Many people in the West learned meditation from traditions that aren't their own, and never wanted everything that came attached to it. They wanted the calm, the focus and the steadiness.
Here you can keep practicing and keep it clean. What you practice every day shapes your mind, so everything we teach is chosen to be simple, neutral and focused only on a clear, steady mind.
What we keep, what we leave out
- Keep: deep focus and a settled body
- Keep: steady breathing and attention
- Leave out: mantras and chanting
- Leave out: imagery, ritual and belief systems
- Just the core technique and its benefits

Questions
How experienced do I need to be?
Clear Practice is for people who already meditate regularly. If you're new, or have only tried it a few times, Meditation 101 is the better start.
Will this replace what I do now?
You'll learn a clean way to practice that keeps the depth you're used to. What you do with it afterwards is up to you.
Is it really free?
Yes. This is a free introductory evening. No payment or donation is asked for or accepted.
Is this therapy?
No. These are relaxation and meditation classes. If you're struggling with your mental health, please also speak with a doctor or therapist. In a crisis, call or text 988.
Is there more after this evening?
A six-week course is planned. Join the interest list to hear when it opens.
